I checked the bill kind of expecting to have to double-check everything, but nope, it was exactly what I thought it would be. No weird extra charges or surprises, which is always a relief.

The driver showed up right on time, was polite, and drove safely the whole trip. He even helped with my bag without making it awkward or acting like it was a huge favor. The car was clean too, which made me wonder why some other services can’t manage the same. Overall, really easy, stress-free ride. I’d use ExecuCar again

My pickup time and the car type were both right, so that part was fine, but the driver had the wrong terminal for me and I had to call to get it sorted out, it wasn’t a huge deal or anything, just kind of annoying after traveling

"Not worth the hassle or the energy"
I booked ExecuCar thinking it would be a more comfortable, upgraded ride, but it was disappointing. The car felt cramped, the seats were hard, and I barely had any leg room. The whole ride was bumpy too, so I spent the trip trying to get comfortable and just felt like I was wasting energy for no reason. For what it cost, I expected way better. I wouldn’t book it again.

My driver showed up late, and the app didn’t really give me any clear idea of what was happening, so I just felt trapped sitting there, checking my phone over and over instead of being able to move on with my day. For a service that’s supposed to be dependable, the wait time was handled really poorly. I wouldn’t use it again.

My driver still ended up being late, even though my flight was delayed. I kind of got the feeling they weren’t really tracking the flight properly, because the timing just didn’t seem to line up. Not the smooth pickup I was expecting...

"Took the weirdest long way"
The driver was nice enough, but the route made no sense. We passed a couple of quicker turns and ended up sitting in traffic that the GPS was clearly trying to avoid. The ride took way longer than it should’ve, and I almost missed check-in because of it. Probably won’t use execucar again if they can’t figure out a basic route.

I had to cancel my ride and was already feeling kind of annoyed, expecting the refund to drag on forever. But it actually showed back up on my card within a few days, which was a nice little relief. No hassle at all.

"Always reliable when I need an airport ride"
I’ve booked ExecuCar a few times for airport trips, and they’ve been really solid each time. The drivers were there when they said they’d be, the cars were clean, and I never felt like I had to keep checking my phone or worry about whether they’d show up
One of my flights came in late, and the driver was already aware of the delay, which made things way less stressful. It’s definitely not the cheapest ride option, but for the peace of mind, it’s been worth it for me

The ride itself was fine, but the car wasn’t quite as clean as I expected. I noticed some dust on the seats and a few crumbs here and there. I can’t remember if I noticed it right when I got in or a bit later during the ride, but either way it stood out. Not a huge deal, just thought it could’ve been cleaned up better

I had to cancel my ride and thought it was going to turn into a whole annoying back-and-forth. But the cancellation policy was easy to find and actually clear about the timing and any fees, so there wasn’t any guessing. I cancelled online and got the confirmation email right away. If it had been a hassle, I probably would’ve used a different service next time, but this was smooth.

"Booking Took Too Much Effort"
I tried booking a ride and the whole process was more frustrating than it should’ve been. The site felt clunky, and I had to enter my details a few times before it finally went through. It wasn’t very clear what I was supposed to do, which made me second-guess whether the booking even worked. "Car was in rough shape"
I booked ExecuCar thinking, you know, I’d be getting a nicer, more premium kind of ride, but the car that showed up was kind of disappointing. It just looked and felt worn out right away.
The seats had some stains, there was this weird smell inside, and the outside looked like it probably hadn’t been washed in a bit. The driver was fine, like, no real complaints there, but the vehicle itself just didn’t feel like what I expected at all.
For what I paid, I guess I was just expecting something cleaner and better maintained. It did get me where I needed to go, so there’s that, but yeah, I probably wouldn’t book with them again.

The driver was really good about keeping me updated, which I appreciated. Pickup took a tiny bit of figuring out, but it was easy enough and not a big deal at all.
"Lots of promises, no real help"
I ran into a problem with my booking and expected support to sort it out like they claim they will. Instead, I just got passed from one person to another with no clear answer and no actual fix. They made it sound like someone would take care of it, but in reality I had to keep chasing them for days. Really frustrating experience and I don’t see myself using them again.

My snap judgment was that it was mostly fine. The driver did help with my bags, which I appreciated, but the whole thing felt a little rushed.
