What is the point of calling ahead of time to confirm arrangements for your next days travel pick you are told everything is fine. But at 4am in another country your phone dings from an email saying rate your driver… WHAT! So I called and dispatch will give the line there’s nothing we can do we just schedule, so I call the local office in kc and she says you have to talk to dispatch…. ANGRY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT RIGHT NOW!!!! SO NOW WE WILL HAVE NO RIDE AND THEY GOT PAID PLUS A $50 TIP!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY KANSAS CITY!!!

I paid for a meet and greet at the baggage claim. No driver to be found. He was 45 minutes late. We were picked up outside. Called the dispatcher and he said it was due to traffic. Really? Traffic in NYC? The driver said it wasn’t traffic. It was because the original driver canceled. This is the by far the worst car service I have experienced. No warning - no car showed. I was lucky to be able to quickly change plans and drive to the Airport. Once there and checked in it was impossible to get an answer.
